Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on October 9, 2012, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim’s complaint to investigate the accident by the victim C, who is a police officer belonging to the above police station, who investigated the traffic accident caused by the Defendant at the traffic accident investigation department office of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Police Station, Seocho-gu, Seoul, as the case where three police officers are located, the Defendant said the victim as “Choe, Man Man, Man Man Man Man Man.”
