A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired to forge the document as if the Ftel supply contract was completely sold from the above D, by arbitrarily entering the floor, number, and sale price in the blank “Ftel supply contract” in the name of the E Co., Ltd. in which the Defendants leased KRW 500 million to Nonindicted Co. D and received for the storage of large water.

1. On February 25, 2009, the Defendants’ co-principals stated “10 stories 1,” “A, B, and B” in the column of the purchase price in the form of the Ftel supply contract using a verification-type pen without authority for the purpose of exercising the Defendants’ house G and 202 at the office of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, and 202, and forged eight copies of the EFtel supply contract in the name of EFtel under the same manner as written in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. On January 26, 2010, Defendant A filed a complaint with the public service offices of the Seoul Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government New District Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Seoul Southern District Public Prosecutor’s Office for fraud, Defendant A, each of which is exercised by delivering the forged Ftel supply contract to the person in charge of receipt of the above public service office who is not aware of the circumstances;

B. On October 25, 2011, Defendant A filed a complaint for the breach of trust at the public service center of the discharge police station located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, for the crime of breach of trust at the public service center of the discharge police station located in Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for the above-mentioned Ftel supply contract, Defendant A issued the above-mentioned Ftel supply contract to the above public service official in charge of receipt
