The sentence against the accused shall be determined by one year and six months of imprisonment.

41,300,784 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

PVC water tanks to be handled in D and E need to be supplied promptly and enter into a contract with the above manufacturers in advance at the Public Procurement Service, and then register the products of the above manufacturers on the national shopping mall site. When the public officials in charge of purchasing each local government have access to the above site and registered the manufacturing companies, they will purchase the necessary products by means of a third party unit price contract to be entered into with the relevant companies.

1. On early 2015, the Defendant is well aware of the public officials of the other government offices, who reside in the Chungcheongbuk, as he resides in D in the entire market of non-public water supply and sewerage materials in the early 2015.

The government proposed to the effect that the government-funded materials supply contracts ordered by the government-funded public agency will be ordered to receive D, and that “if the government-funded materials supply contract is ordered to be received, the price would be changed,” the government-funded public agency agreed with F to receive 15% of the supply contract amount in return.

In accordance with this agreement, the Defendant received the total amount of KRW 36,56,00 from F to the Defendant’s G account in the name of the Defendant’s wife, under the pretext of receiving a contract for the supply of government-supply materials (water tanks) from the facilities for water supply in the extreme industrial complex, the contract price of which is 487,56,840, and ② the supply of materials (water tanks) to the production complex project (water tanks) to the Defendant’s financial branch in the agricultural and fishing village construction in Korea, the contract price of which is 40,680,00, and the price of which is 40,680,000, and the supply of materials (water tanks) to the production complex project (the date of conclusion of the contract: July 21, 2015) to the public official in charge of the production complex project (the date of signing the contract) to the Defendant’s financial account in the name of G. 36,56,000, Jan. 6, 2016>

2. The Defendant in part, at H office located in Chungcheongnam-si around 2010, is in charge of giving E contracts for supply contracts that are ordered by E to the representative director I of E, a corporation, who is aware of a large number of public officials in the area of Chungcheongnam-do.
