All of the claims of the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) are dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff (the appointed party).

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B’s status as the party to the case (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a taxi company that operates the automobile transport business, etc., and the Plaintiff (the designated party) and the rest of the designated parties (hereinafter “the Plaintiffs”) are those who were employed by the Defendant Company and were retired or currently on duty, and Defendant C is the representative members of the Defendant Company.

On January 13, 2017, while serving on June 11, 2007, the Plaintiffs’ wage payment methods, such as the form of work, on October 28, 2017, during the employment on October 201, 201, consisting of “fixed pay” that is paid at a certain monthly amount, and “the wages pursuant to the output” that are the remainder of the Defendant Company, excluding the “transport commission” that is paid to the Defendant Company during the transport that is punished by taxi workers, and the Defendant Company paid wages on the 10th day of the following month during the previous month.
