A. The Plaintiff’s status constitutes a business entity under Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, which is engaged in business related to CCTV, sound, image equipment, etc., such as construction, civil engineering, construction, earth and sand construction, and earth and sand construction (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”).
