Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they dealt with marijuana as follows:

1. The Defendant C and the Defendant A are subsequent to the Kaba group of Kaba, while the Defendant A and the Defendant B are pro-friendly siblings.
The Defendants, upon receiving a proposal from Defendant A to send liquid marijuana to Korea in the United States, he/she had become aware of his/her name in the U.S. study (MID “N”; hereinafter “N”), proposed that he/she will import the liquid marijuana along with N to import it.
N served as a delivery of liquid ma to "O" by international mail by packaging a liquid ma with phrases, etc., Defendant A served as a storage of subway stations in which liquid mariths are stored by N, and information such as passwords, and inform Defendant B of it. Defendant B found a liquid marith as notified by Defendant A, and Defendant C finally served as a delivery of liquid mariths to Defendant C through Defendant B, and Defendant C, through Defendant B, paid import fees to N, and finally received liquid maths in Korea.
N on May 5, 2017, Haman concealed a liquid marijuana, in the United States of America, and sent it by international express mail, and the said mail arrives at the Incheon International Airport (KE) P on June 5, 2017.
Since then, Defendant A contacted with N on June 9, 2017 and confirmed the place of the above mail storage and delivered the above information to Defendant B. Defendant B found the above mail from No. 7 on June 9, 2017, which was located in Q Q Q in Gangnam-gu Seoul around June 9, 2017, and around the same day, Defendant B delivered it to Defendant C on the street of the T building located in Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
In such a way, the Defendants conspired to import 31 marijuana from June 5, 2017 to September 1, 2017, in total, seven times, as shown in Appendix I, from around June 5, 2017.
