A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The importing Defendant of marijuana, together with C (C, one’s name “D” hereinafter) and E, intended to import marijuana into the Republic of Korea in the United States of America. D, the role of sending it to the Republic of Korea by seeking marijuana in the United States of America, E, together with the Defendant, planned to collect the purchase fund of marijuana and transfer it to D and receive marijuana in the Republic of Korea, and the Defendant, in order to perform the role of bearing the purchase fund of marijuana along with E.

On March 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around the F Station in Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) 1.5 million won for the purchase of marijuana to E; and (c) on the same day, E received 1.5 million won from the Defendant from the H agency located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; and (d) 1.5 million won for the purchase of marijuana, and transferred the total amount of 3 million won for the purchase of marijuana to D in the United States.

D, upon receipt of the funds for the purchase of marijuana, was packaged into the Jin-ro by dividing marijuana 442.06 g and 16 g, was packed into the J in the middle of vinyl, and then sealed in the middle of vinyl in an abnormal form with clothes such as Cheongba, and sent the recipient as “I” and “Seoul Jongno-gu J,” and thereafter sent the same as an international special transport cargo. Since then, the said international special transport cargo arrived at the airport of the United States sand Francisco on March 19, 2017 and arrived at the Incheon International Airport of the Republic of Korea at around 06:23, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana in collusion with D and E in the United States.

2. On March 19, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, around the same day, the tobacco dust in the tobacco dog in Songpa-gu Seoul Building C, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 1532, boomed in the tobacco dog and added approximately 0.2g of hemp to smoke by smoking as if he/she seems to smoke.
