A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not import marijuana, and the defendant shall not handle marijuana because he is not a handler of narcotics, but imported and stored marijuana as follows:

1. On March 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) from D (one person named “E”) located in the U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S/C to receive marijuana instead of the wages that the Defendant had not been paid at the time of work; (b) notified D to D the addressee “F” and the place of receipt as “Htel 602, Incheon South-dong-gu Htel, Incheon; (c) thereby, D concealed about 56 grams in the toy boxes and sent the said G’s residence to the said G’s residence; and (d) thereafter, D sent the said international peculiar cargo to the International Airport of the Republic of Korea around March 9, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana into the Republic of Korea in the United States.

2. On March 19, 2016, the Defendant informed D, in the form of the preceding paragraph of the Warman, the addressee of the body “J” and the purport of the body of D as “1002, Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the residence of J,” and as a result, D concealed approximately 56g of marijuana in the toy box, sent it to the said J’s residence as an international special transport cargo, and thereafter, the said international special transport cargo was loaded in the International Air of the United States and arrived at the Incheon International Airport of the Republic of Korea around 09:47, March 19, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana into the Republic of Korea in the United States.

3. On January 2017, the Defendant informed D of the recipient to “L”, and the recipient’s residence to “Y”, which is the domicile of his relative G, in the manner as referred to in the preceding paragraph of the U.S. War, and as a result, D concealed approximately 29.57ggs in toy boxes, sent to the said G as an international special transport cargo, and thereafter, the international special transport cargo was loaded on the NA departing from the U.S. and arrived to the Incheon International Airport of the Republic of Korea around January 15:19, 2017.
