1. The defendant is based on the transfer on January 12, 1970 to the plaintiff of the land indicated in the annexed list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) The Hansan Repair Association was established on March 14, 1942 under the Decree of the Shipbuilding Repair Association (Ordinance No. 2, July 28, 1917), and its name was changed to two-ho Lake Repair Association on August 28, 1948, and it was merged into the Hosan Repair Association on December 13, 1961.

④ The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on January 1, 200 after the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) was dissolved, and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on January 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 9 of the same Act. ⑤ The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 7775, Dec. 29, 2005) changed its name to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Act No. 9276, Dec. 29, 2008).

B. Since around 1938, the term “Jinin mountainous district” was implemented as a project proprietor and around March 14, 1942, the building project was transferred by the Tinsan Repair Cooperatives established and completed around 1944. Since the Tinsan Repair Cooperatives was incorporated into the Plaintiff, the said mountain district was transferred to the Plaintiff pursuant to the Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act, and the Plaintiff maintained and managed the said mountainous district and its repair facilities. Each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”) is from the above mountain district.
