1. The defendant is based on the transfer on June 30, 1996 to the plaintiff of each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Hansan Repair Association was established on March 14, 1942 under the Joseon Repair Association Order (Ordinance No. 2, July 28, 1917), and its name was changed to a Yangho Repair Association on August 28, 1948, and was merged into a Yangho Repair Association on December 13, 1961.

④ The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on January 1, 200 after the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199) was dissolved, and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation established on January 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and duties of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation under Article 9 of the same Act. ⑤ The Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation has changed its name to the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 7775, Dec. 29, 2005) pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Act No. 9276, Dec. 29, 2008).

B. The term “Jancheon District” and “Yancheon District” are reservoirs constructed from around 1938 to around 1939. Since around March 14, 1942, management projects were transferred to the Plaintiff upon the establishment of the Tchisan Repair Cooperatives. Since the Tchisan Repair Cooperatives were absorbed into the Plaintiff and transferred to the Plaintiff pursuant to the former Farmland Improvement Cooperatives Act (amended by Act No. 5077 of Dec. 29, 1995, repealed by Act No. 5759 of Feb. 5, 199, repealed by Act No. 2 of the Addenda, Act No. 5759 of Feb. 5, 199; hereinafter “Act”), the Plaintiff maintained, maintained, and repaired the repair facilities of the mountain area and the Bancheon River, and each real estate listed in the attached list (hereinafter “the real estate”).
