A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a ten-month period of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc., in the assistance in Ansan of Suwon Frigwon, and was sentenced to a two-month period of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. on October 6, 2016, and the probation period is currently underway. On November 3, 2016, the Incheon District Court sentenced four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 24, 2017. On September 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-month period of the probation period of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. on September 20, 2017.

1. A thief: (a) around 02:00 on December 11, 2017, the Defendant: (b) was drunk on the street in front of “D” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (c) the victim’s market value, which is located adjacent to the victim E, was stolen with 60,000 Lphones equivalent to KRW 90,000.

On December 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received an investigation from the head of the Franchi Police Station affiliated with the Kimpo Police Station affiliated with the Kimpo Police Station on the suspicion described in paragraph (1) at around 511, 14:30, in the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) received a request for signature from the person who stated the suspect interrogation protocol; (c) marked his/her own name with the name of Dong G; and (d) filled up a suspect interrogation protocol containing a forged G name to F who is aware of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the G's signature and exercised it for the purpose of exercising it.

3. The Defendant forged a private document, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, in the column of confirmation of the consent of voluntary accompanying from F, in the column of voluntary submission, in the column of voluntary submission, in which the Defendant requested signature from F to the column of waiver of the consent of possession, the name of Dong G, and affixed his own seal to F who is aware of the forgery, and affixed the forged letter of consent of voluntary accompanying, voluntary submission, and ownership circulation to F.

Accordingly, the defendant is in the name of G, a private document on the proof of facts without authority for the purpose of exercising his authority.
