Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor rape, etc. under the age of 13) at the Jung-gu District Court on June 25, 201, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on September 14, 201. On May 19, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won at the Suwon District Court on November 23, 2006 to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (a without a license) at the Seoul Western District Court on November 23, 2006; a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act) at the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on September 4, 2008 to a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (a fine of 1.4 million million won).
On June 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a person who violated the provision on “the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol” twice or more; (b) was driving C-be under the influence of alcohol with a vehicle driver’s license for about 3km from the front day of the autopsy located in the Mapo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the front day of the same long-term street located in the same city; and (c) was driving C-be under the influence of alcohol content of 0.171% without obtaining a vehicle driver’s license.
around 07:00 on August 9, 2014, the Defendant driven a vehicle about 10 meters without the driver's license by d's license in front of the landing place of the Incheon Strengthening military forces.
