A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 1996, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the Incheon District Court's Branch, on April 13, 2001, to a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), at the Suwon District Court's Branch on January 18, 201, a fine of 2 million won for the same crime at the same court on January 18, 201, from the Daejeon District Court's Branch on December 20, 2004 to a fine of 2 million won, from the Daejeon District Court's Branch on April 7, 2005 to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from Suwon District Court to a fine of 1.6 years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from Suwon District Court on February 16, 2006, to a suspended sentence of 1.6 years for a fine of 2 years from Daejeon.4 years.

1. On September 4, 2015, at around 13:30, the Defendant illegally used cars, etc.: (a) discovered that the vehicle heat of the victim E is displayed in the parking lot within the D Kimchi Factory located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) start without the victim’s consent at his/her own discretion starting from driving of the vehicle at the time of the vehicle; and (c) used the vehicle temporarily without the victim’s consent by operating the car at approximately 5 kilometers from around 14:30 of the same day to the above Kimchi Factory via the mountain village welfare restaurant in the same city.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Fcoon car even in the F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F.

On September 14, 2015, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol by 0.229% without obtaining a driver's license in the parking lot in the D Kimchi Factory in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
