Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 12 million won as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (non-licensed driving), or a violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (non-licensed driving) in Ansan Branch of the Suwon District Court on August 20, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 28 of the same month and is still under the grace period. On July 23, 2015, the same court was sentenced to a fine of 12 million won.

【Criminal Facts】

On October 29, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a Cscpe motor vehicle at a section of about 200 meters from the front side of the scpecopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic scopic from October 29, 2015 to the front side of the sports park located in the same area, under the influence of the Defendant’s alcohol level of 0.129%.
