1. On June 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 31, 1997, sentenced to a fine of 70,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on April 9, 1998, sentenced to a fine of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 11, 1998, sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 18, 1998 (the fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on January 15, 201). The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on January 3, 2002 (the fine of 300,000,00 won).

On June 30, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license at around 02:30, driving D cargo vehicles at the section of about 1 km from the front day of e-mail, which is in the e-mailed 0.124% of the blood alcohol concentration, to the front day of e-mailed e-mailed 0.124% of the e-mailed e-mailed 868.
