Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 1, 2016, Defendant A, while drinking alcohol together with B and victim F (at the age of 15) in E parks located in Pyeongtaek-si D, the Defendant laid the victim under the influence of alcohol and forced the victim who sits in the stairs of the G building in front of E Park by cutting the victim into the fourth floor stairs of the G building in front of E Park, and forced the victim to sit in the stairs. The Defendant was unable to take the victim’s fingers of the victim who pushed the Defendant’s chest, pushed the Defendant’s chest, pushed the Defendant’s chest and refused to do so, and the Defendant was able to take the victim’s fingers by cutting down the victim’s chest with the kis, cutting down the victim’s breast, cut down the victim’s breast, cut the victim’s breast, cut the victim’s kis, cut the victim’s kis, put the victim’s kis, and then put the victim’s finger into the victim’s kis, and then forced the victim’s finger into the victim’s ki.

As a result, the defendant committed an act of similarity to a child or juvenile victim.

2. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant 2: (a) 04:00, on the first day of Pyeongtaek-si, 15 years old; (b) she was sitting back on the top of the Victim F (F, 15 years old); (c) was unable to drive the Victim’s hand; (d) her hand by cutting off the Victim’s stacks with other hand, cutting off the Victim’s hand, cutting down the Victim’s body by her hand, cut the Victim’s chest; and (d) her body was divided into the Victim’s body that the Defendant was pushed up with his hand and rejecting the Defendant’s hand, sealed the Victim’s right-to-face; and (e) was laid off by her panty to the Victim’s will and panty; and (e) laid off the Victim’s body into another part of the Victim’s body; and (e) laid down the Victim’s body.

As a result, the defendant committed an act of similarity to a child or juvenile victim.
