A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the defendant in Daejeon-gu C, Daejeon-gu, and the victim D (nive, female, and family name) is an employee employed from March 20, 2018 to be under command and supervision by the defendant.

1. On April 25, 2018, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s grandchildren who refuse in a warehouse located above C; (b) laid down the victim’s fingers at the bed; (c) laid down the victim’s chests at the bed; and (d) laid down the victim’s chests into the stacks by cutting down the kis, cutting down the kis, cutting down the fingers into the kis; and (c) intending to keep the victim’s kis away from the victim’s kis; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as putting the victim’s her fingers into the part of the victim who was seated in the store and the store kis.

3. At around 15:00 on April 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid the victim’s fingers from the above warehouse; (b) continued to bring the victim’s fingers into both hands; and (c) continued to take the part on the part of the victim’s hand into the said warehouse; (d) took the victim’s chests over; and (e) took the victim’s chests over; and (e) committed indecent act by force, such as leaving the victim’s chests, even though the victim was unable to take and take down the Defendant’s fingers, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force.
