Text

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the F Institute Scientific Center of Ulsan-gun E located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, where the Defendant was an instructor, and (b) at the F Institute Scientific Center of U.S. located in Ulsan-gun, where the Defendant took care of the mixed-child, to the victim G (the age of 17) who did so; (c) while the Defendant took care of both shoulders behind the victim, the Defendant was satisfing the victim’s chest on his own hand; and (d) the victim satisfing the victim’s chest on the part of the victim;
