A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 5, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 months for larceny, etc. on August 29, 2006 at the Changwon District Court's Jinwon Branch's Seoul District Court's Jinju Branch's Branch's order of 1 million won for larceny. On November 29, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 1 million won for larceny. On February 13, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a punishment of 2 million won for larceny from the Changwon District Court's Jinwon District's Jin Branch's Branch's Seoul District Court's Seoul District Court's Jin Branch's order of 200 million won for larceny.

On June 1, 2014, at the time of Jinju-si, the Defendant had been carrying 17 pipes in advance at the market price of the injured party Dongdo Construction Co., Ltd., which is owned by the injured party, dongdo Construction Co., Ltd., by taking advantage of the state of fluoring management at the new construction site of the Kugjin-ri-si Si, Geumdo-si, Simju-si. The Defendant carried 300,000, pipe 17.

From July 25, 2014 to July 25, 2014, the Defendant, throughout 16 times, loaded property worth 8,500,000 won in total, which is the victims’ possession, into the cargo vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

2. On May 30, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at around 04:35, 2014, the Defendant driven C Poter truck at a section of about 16 km from Jin-si to Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si (Oin21 Center) without obtaining a driver’s license.

From that time until July 25, 2014, the Defendant driven the cargo vehicle without obtaining an automatic driver's license over 32 occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 2.
