A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 5, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court's Jinwon District Court's Jinwon Branch's Seoul District Court's Jinwon Branch's order on November 29, 2006; the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 1 million won for larceny; on February 13, 2007, at the Changwon District Court's Jinwon Branch's Jin Branch's Branch's order on February 13, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2 million won for larceny.
On June 1, 2014, at the time of Jinju-si, the Defendant had been carrying 17 pipes in advance at the market price of the injured party Dongdo Construction Co., Ltd., which is owned by the injured party, dongdo Construction Co., Ltd., by taking advantage of the state of fluoring management at the new construction site of the Kugjin-ri-si Si, Geumdo-si, Simju-si. From July 25, 2014 to July 25, 2014, the Defendant, through the same method as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 16 times, carried 8,500,000 won in total of the market prices owned by the victims, from that time to that of the cargo vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
2. On May 30, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at around 04:35, 2014, the Defendant driven C Poter truck at a section of about 16 km from Jin-si to Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si (Oin21 Center) without obtaining a driver’s license.
From July 25, 2014 to July 25, 2014, the Defendant driven the cargo vehicle without obtaining an automatic driver's license from the section of about 580 km over 32 times, as shown in the List of Crimes (2).
