When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13:25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid on the street “C cafeteria” located in Jinju-si B, Jinju-si; (b) laid off the victim’s locked at the street, etc. and opened the victim’s locked with verification color G-8 bicycle locks equivalent to KRW 100,000 at the market price owned by the victim; and (c) loaded the victim’s locked onto the cargo.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
