Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:35, the victim E, a police officer of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station Dental Police Station, who was called after receiving a report from a taxi engineer on his/her name and was on the street before the police box located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and called “the hump”; and (b) the victim’s humb, “the humb walk walk walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walt walth,” and continued to grow into the victim’s “the victim’s humt walt wals or walt walt wal.”

The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties in relation to the prevention of crimes and criminal investigations of E, such as spitation of sprinks by a police officer E, etc. who called out at the time, time, and place under paragraph (1) of the same Article, when she sprinks home, and spacks them, and continued sprinks on the floor of a police box.
