A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around August 14, 2019, the Defendant imported mariju, from five persons (one name “C”) in B hotel rooms located outside the Philippines, and concealed them in white packaging. Around August 19, 2019, the Defendant imported mariju, using a Cheongju International Airport located in the Cheongju-si International Airport located in the Cheongju-si International Airport (hereinafter “Cheongju-si International Airport”). On August 19, 2019, the Defendant imported mariju-do in a way of entering the 980 Cheongju-si International Airport as of August 19, 2019.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 14, 2019, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) heated marijuana mileage to an electronic tobacco inhaled room in the string room of B hotel, which is located outside the Philippines; and (b) smoked by a smokeing the smoke.

B. On August 15, 2019, at around 14:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the string room of the B hotel located in the Republic of the Philippines.

C. At around 01:00 on September 29, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the above way in the Defendant’s dwelling plan located under the building EF of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

3. medication of MDMA (the first name X-gu).

A. At around December 28, 2018 or December 29, 2010, the Defendant administered MaMA approximately 0.2g, a psychotropic drug, in a way of drinking together with water, at the above Defendant’s dwelling plan around December 28, 2018 or around December 01:00.

B. The Defendant on July 14, 2019 or

7. At around 23:00, MMA approximately 0.4g was administered in a way of drinking together with water in the dwelling plan of the above defendant.

4. Around October 1, 2019, the Defendant, at around 09:00, posted the MMA approximately 1.1g, which is divided into three transparent caps, in a backbaul, in a transparent caps, and possessed in a military bank.
