A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2014, the Defendant: (a) 20:00 on the lower order of August 2014, 2014, 1.50 million won was fested to C on the street in front of the apartment of the Cheongbu District apartment in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) c. 1g of marijuana from C; (c) around 23:00 on the same day, at the Defendant’s residence located in Nam-gu, Incheon; and (d) c. 0.3g of the dried marijuana, among the marijuana, d.e., f., d., f., d. on the pipe that made it a alkin aluminium sium.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded or smoked marijuana.

2. The Defendant, who committed the crime in September 2014, 201, drank on the pipe made of 0.3g of marijuana as described in paragraph (1), among marijuana purchased in the residence of the Defendant as described in paragraph (1) at around 22:00 on the first day of September 2014, she dye by attaching a fire.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

2. The Defendant, on September 2014, 201, dumped dumped on September 23, 2014, at around 23:00, at the residence of the Defendant as indicated in paragraph (1), 0.3g of marijuana purchased, as described in paragraph (1), on the pipe made on the Alumin aluminium sump, and dump dumped by attaching a fire.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

3. On November 201, 2014, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on the lower end of November 2014, 2014, c. 300,000 won in front of “F” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and c. 2g of marijuana from “C” in return. At around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant, at around 23:00 of the Defendant’s residence, c. 0.5g of the f.b. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded or smoked marijuana.

4. On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant committed the first police officer on December 12, 2014, posted approximately 0.5g of the marijuana purchased, as described in paragraph (3), at around 01:00 as of the first day of December 2014, on the pipe made of Aluminium shot, and extended the period by attaching it thereto.
