On May 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 21, 201, and the said judgment was finalized on November 14, 2014, and is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Medication and use of philophones;

A. On August 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs at the amblopon room near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by means of injecting them to the Defendant’s arms, using a one-time injection device, at approximately 0.05g of psychotropic drugs in the ambopon room.

2. Smoking marijuana;
