A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from a member of the telephone financial fraud (so-called “scaming” (so-called “scaming”) who reported and contacted Internet job offer advertisements at an irregular place; and (b) received the proposal that “The Defendant would take 2,50,000 won per month if he/she installed the antenna with a device to send a core chip to send telecommunications equipment; (c) on September 15, 2019, he/she received 50,000 won from the Defendant’s residence, such communications equipment as VIP Gway, which was delivered by an unscam in his/her name, to Kwikset service; and (d) received 13 antenna and Sine chips, which had been sent by an unscam organization member at the above residence by an unscaming method.

1. No person shall use a false phone number of a caller or make a false indication while making phone calls for the purpose of making property profits by deceiving other persons or of harming them by verbal abuse, threats, sexual harassment, etc.;

Nevertheless, from September 16, 2019 to September 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) inserted 13 core chips, such as conviction connected with D numbers, into VoIP Gway, which is a communication device delivered by the Defendant from the Defendant’s residence, from around September 16, 2019 to the point of view; (b) expressed the phone number sent to the said unspecified victims overseas as “D,” which is a domestic mobile network, for the purpose of taking part in the scaming crime in obtaining money from an unspecified domestic victims; and (c) mediated the Defendant’s communication so that the members of the Boscing Organization located abroad can transmit the phone number sent to the Defendant’s phone number connected with the heart inserted by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the employees of the singingishing, changed the caller's phone number for the purpose of taking property benefits by deceiving the unspecified victims, and the telecommunications business operator.
