Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are women. They are women.

The Defendants recruited the victim C (V, 47 years of age) with the children of Defendant A, and conspired with Defendant A to keep the victim free of contact.

A. In around 13:00 on November 23, 2016, the injured Defendants suffered injury on the ground that the injured persons within the real estate of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, brought about her arms and legs short of the victim’s arms and legs, and the Defendant A suffered injury, such as her scambling, head, scambling, and scam, requiring approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim.

B. As mentioned in the above paragraph (a), the Defendants were frightened by assaulting the victim and making the victim potable, thereby making it difficult to flee. At the same time, Defendant B left the building by cutting the victim’s arms, and Defendant B, at the same time and place, made the victim get out of the building. Defendant A, who was parked at the same place, led the victim to the back seat of the vehicle in the Felle column owned by Defendant B, and carried the victim on the back seat of the said vehicle, and Defendant B, while driving the said vehicle in the direction of the residence of the victim, requested the victim to write down a letter to the back seat of the said vehicle, stating that the victim would not leave the vehicle for about two hours, and detained the victim by preventing the victim from getting out of the vehicle.

The forced Defendants assaulted the victim as described in the above paragraph (a), detained the victim as described in the above paragraph (b), let the victim drinked, and let the victim drinked. On November 23, 2016, around H coffee shop located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, written the victim's appearance in the victim, and "if you meet with son, 5 million won must be paid once" was prepared, and caused by assault or intimidation to have the victim perform a non-obligatory act.
