Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and B are the space between the two parties living together in J 302 of the Gyeonglbuk-gun, and Defendant D and E are the space between the two parties.

D and C also reside in the above J 207.

Defendant

A and B have worked together with the victim K(n, 23 years old) and the previous company as a workplace partner in the same company.

1. On December 1, 2015, Defendant A, B, and D’s joint criminal defendants sent L messages to Defendant B to the effect that the injured party sent him/her good condition to Defendant B. Defendant A and D are over the same conditions on the side, and Defendant B is able to do so to the victim.

“The victim’s face and chests were frightened by sound, and the victim’s face and chests were 10 times.

2. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. The Defendant A, B, and D forced the victim to pay money as stated in the above Paragraph 1, thereby soliciting the victim to engage in sexual traffic by allowing the victim to choose sexual traffic.

Defendant

C, E also received part of the price of sexual traffic and participated in order.

Defendants, around December 5, 2015, collect money from the victims under the above J 302, as soon as possible, from the victims.

Highly forced to do so.

Accordingly, the victim is expected to pay money with sexual traffic.

The defendants color a sex purchaser through mobile phone application and received 50,000 won from 50,000 won to 120,000 won in accordance with the number of sexual acts.
