Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, with respect to Defendant A, the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) knew that the victim D was in a bell with the Defendant’s front south, and promised the victim to talk with the Defendant at F, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) around 22:30 of the same day during the time the victim was waiting for the above place with the Defendant, the Defendant demanded the victim not to talk with E any longer; (c) even though the victim demanded the victim to talk with the smoking room of the “G” coffee shop in the surrounding area when the victim arrived at the above place, he did not seem to have any reaction; and (d) the instant table table is suitable for the knee of the victim; and (e) the instant table table was continuously cut off on the table, and was sold by the victim.

The Defendant, as such, sustained injuries to the victim, such as knenee in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. At around 23:50 on July 10, 2013, Defendant A and Defendant B got out of the way of the said coffee shop, but the said victim still did not agree to leave E, once he was given a definite answer, Defendant B would have the victim take the H driver’s taxi getting out of Seoul, and Defendant B would have the cab go to the said place by communicating with the H by telephone, and Defendant B would have the cab go to the said place. Defendant B called “a person who would go out of the front of the said coffee shop,” and Defendant B got out of the victim’s arms intending to go out of the house, and Defendant B got out of the victim’s arms so that the victim might not get out of E.

On the other hand, Defendant A continued to have the victim go into the si and forced the victim to leave the si in the lower seat of the si.

Defendants are victims from July 11, 2013 to Incheon.
