Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired to use pulmonary money using a printed copy as they are in an economically difficult situation, such as Defendant A’s life without any particular occupation and failed to repay 12 million won from the lending company.

1. Dec. 18, 2017 forgery of, forgery of, fabrication of, and fraud in, a currency.

A. On July 18, 2017, the Defendants purchased one copy of a local copy that was used to copy the paper from an unexplosive person who became aware of the fact in the vicinity of the U.S. store located in Yangyang-dong, Seoul at a time and around the world.

On July 18, 2017, around 22:00, Defendant B, working for Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, copied the front and rear sides of the right of KRW 50,000,00 in a paper A4 form using the above color copy, and forged Chapter 12 of the right of KRW 50,00 in a way of using the knife knife.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the abolition of the Republic of Korea used for the purpose of exercising the rights.

나. 위조통화행사, 사기 피고인들은 2017. 7. 18. 23:00 경 서울 강서구에 있는 송정 역 부근에 위치한 피해자 성명 불상 자가 운영하는 노점상에서 마치 정당한 방법으로 음식값을 지급할 것처럼 행세하면서 피해자에게 시가 5천 원 상당의 떡볶이 등 분식을 주문하여 제공받고 그 위조 사실을 모르는 위 피해자에게 위와 같이 위조한 5만 원 권 지폐 1 장을 마치 진정하게 발행된 지폐인 것처럼 교부하고 피해 자로부터 거스름돈 45,000원을 교부 받았다.
