Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and four months, and a short term of one year.

The seized right of 000,000,000 won was forged.

1. The Defendant and M were recruited to reproduce and use the 50,000 won notes and 10,000 won notes using a local reproduction machine as the Defendant and M were placed in an economically difficult situation after leaving the country on a yearly basis.

A. On December 27, 2017, the Defendant and M have purchased 100,000 won from a computer store located in the South-west, South-west, South-west, South-west, and South-west, and continuously on the same day, the Defendant and M have purchased 100,00 won from a computer store located in the South-west, South-west, South-west, South-west, South-west, and one copy of the paper in which M can be reproduced using the upper part, and have been posted to a printing machine with a size of paper-type as much as the size of paper-type for copying to be reproduced using the upper part. The Defendant printed a copy of 50,00 won in front of the upper part of the paper in question and printed it into A4 form using the upper part and printed it into A4 form using the upper part. From around that time to December 29, 2017, the Defendant forged the Chapter 16,110,000 won in total over three occasions, as shown in the attached crime list (1).

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with M, forged the paper of the Republic of Korea used for the purpose of exercising it.

B. The Defendant and the defrauded purchased one coffee equivalent to KRW 1,00,000 at the market price, and received KRW 9,000 from the injured party as if he/she were aware of the forgery, and received KRW 9,00,00 from the injured party as if he/she were actually issued, and around that time, until December 29, 2017, he/she received KRW 10,000 from the injured party, as shown in the [Attachment A] list of crimes (2] from around 10 times in total from around 2017 to December 29, 2017, as shown in the above A, 50,000 won of the forged Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea’s Republic of Korea.
