1. Defendant A and B committed a joint crime (franking currency) by Defendant A and B, around May 2016, copied 50,000 won as a local copyer, thereby using them in purchasing low-price goods at the world store and raising living expenses.
Defendant
A on May 9, 2016, at the KPC located in Pyeongtaek-siJ around 01:00, three holess of 50,00 won in the paper A4, and 50,000 won in the joints of the Bank of Korea (AC1976437B, DE7593627A, HF03438C), and made approximately 50,00 won in the paper in the knife and copy.
Accordingly, the Defendants forged the territory of the Republic of Korea used in collusion for the purpose of exercising the rights.
2. The Defendants’ joint crimes (fuse of forged currency and fraud) Defendant A and B indicated in the indictment on May 9, 2016 in the indictment on May 9, 2015, but seem to be clearly clerical errors.
In order to exchange forged papers created as above through other persons, Defendant B, accordingly, recruited Defendant C and D to purchase and exchange small amount of articles at a forged paper shop, thereby soliciting Defendant C and D in order to use forged paper money.
Defendant
A state that other Defendants would exchange forged waste according to the above public offering, and Defendant B, C, and D got to board Lenes and to purchase goods equivalent to KRW 7,000,00, including tobacco, at around 20:43 on May 12, 2016, at around 20:43, the Defendant B, C, and D purchased goods from the victim N in Pyeongtaek-si M, and received KRW 43,000,00,00 in a forged 50,000 as stated in paragraph (1).
In addition, from around that time to May 14:14, 2016, Defendant B and C operate a total of 6 times as described in the annexed crime list at Pyeongtaek-si members in the above manner, as shown in the annexed crime list, and Defendant D operates a supermarket business four times, such as the annexed crime list Nos. 1 to 4.
