Punishment of the crime

The defendant had a mind to forge the 50,000 won in a house using the racer's flag, which requires living expenses such as hospital expenses, etc.

1. On September 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30, at the Defendant’s house located in Franpo City B apartment on September 2, 2018 and the Defendant’s house located in C; (b) opened Samsung Raer, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant copied the front and rear sides of Samsung Rabing three 50,00 won; and (c) forged Chapter 57,000 won of the Republic of Korea, which is commonly used by cutting the output into the real size of the paper by using the knife and the knife.

2. Counterfeiting of counterfeited currency and fraud;

A. A. On September 3, 2018, the Defendant, around September 23:29, committed the crime, at around September 23:29, 2018, exercised the following: (a) in the manner that, as described in paragraph (1), F is paid as if he were a genuine currency, one copy of the forged 50,000 won (Serial number G) was paid to F; and (b) the Defendant acquired KRW 41,000 from the said employee for tobacco 2 A and Sscop money.

Around September 3, 2018, the Defendant, at around 23:42 on September 3, 2018, received KRW 45,500,00 from the head of the above point and acquired KRW 45,500,00 from the head of the above point, for the following reasons: (a) at the I convenience store located at H around 23:42 on September 3, 2018; (b) at the point of the point of occupation, one of the forged 50,000 won laps (K) as described in paragraph 1 is paid as genuine currency.

On September 3, 2018, around September 23:4, 2018, the Defendant, at the M convenience store located in L on September 3, 2018 on September 23:44, 2018, exercised to employees N in the manner of paying one 50,00 won of forged right (O: Serial number) as described in paragraph 1, as if it were a genuine currency. The Defendant acquired KRW 45,500,000 from the said employee, with delivery of KRW 1 A and Sscop money.
