A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana in a vehicle driven by E on a road near the Djuk point in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, by putting about 0.5 grams of marijuana after deducting the content in tobacco together with E; and (b) attaching a fire to it, and passing it off.

2. On June 2015, the Defendant, among the crimes committed during the Korean War, smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana, after deducting the content of tobacco in E along with the automobiles driven by E on the roads near the Dju shop located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Seoul, and then attaching a fire to it, and passing off the smoke.

3. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana in a vehicle driven by E on a road near the Dju located in Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju, by inserting approximately 0.5gg of the content in tobacco along with E; and (b) attaching a fire to the flab, thereby spreading it; and (c) flying it.
