A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. On June 10, 2017, the Defendant conspired with C to smoke marijuana, and smoked in a way that the Defendant’s house located in the area D of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, issued approximately 0.5gg of marijuana on the pipe of water for smoking, carried a smoke generated by attaching a fire on the pipe of water for smoking.

2. On June 11, 2017, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s home around 23:00, purchased marijuana to a seller of the non-name marijuana (Internet site: E: seller ID: F) via the Internet at the above Defendant’s home.

Accessed, 4.50,000 won of the price for marijuana transferred to the said seller, and around that time, purchased it by finding about 3.5 g of marijuana under the bottom of the powder located near the H “H” camera located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where the said seller informed the seller.

3. At around 16:00 on June 13, 2017, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana purchased at the above Defendant’s house by inserting approximately 0.5g of the marijuana purchased as above on a water pipe for smoking, and then cutting off a smoke generated by attaching a fire.

4. At around 16:00 on June 14, 2017, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana purchased at the above Defendant’s house by inserting approximately 0.5g of the marijuana purchased as above on a pipe of water tobacco for smoking, and burning a smoke generated by attaching a fire.

5. On June 15, 2017, at around 06:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana purchased at the above Defendant’s home, in a way that smokes occur by attaching a tobacco paper with a smoke, among marijuana purchased at the above Defendant’s home.

6. On June 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) carried approximately 1.38g of marijuana total in wooden boxes, which was divided into three transparent vinyl bags; and (b) carried approximately 1.38g of marijuana on the Defendant’s book.
