A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) recruited to purchase marijuana with C, D, E, and F around December 2015; (b) collected approximately KRW 100,000 to Category C; and (c) received KRW 100,000 from H station located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (d) received KRW 1,00,000 from H station located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (c) 1,000,000 won to the sales books of marijuana.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana in collusion with C, D, E, and F.

2. Smoking twice in the light of around December 2015.

A. On December 2015, the Defendant, along with C, D, F, and I, 0.5g of marijuana, 0.5gs around the upper C, D, F, and I in the alley-dong Seoul Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and smoked by attaching a fire that was made at the beginning of the year.

B. On December 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) made 0.5g of marijuana 0.5g, as well as I and C, at the time of Goyangyang-si around 23:00, she made it a paper-to-end and smoked by attaching a fire.

3. On May 2016, the Defendant: (a) collected KRW 600,00 from the Defendant’s invitation to purchase marijuana along with I and K on May 2016; and (b) received approximately KRW 600,000 from N in the front intersection in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L around 22:00 on the same day; and (c) received approximately 60,000 g of marijuana from N in the front intersection in Mapo-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold marijuana in collusion with I and K.

4. Smoking four-time marijuana around May 2016 to June 2016.

A. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant, at around 14:00, smoked from subway 6 lines adjacent to the subway station located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul (O), 0.5g of marijuana, along with C, at the end, as an end, after attaching a fire to C.

B. On June 2016, the Defendant smoked 0.5g of marijuana along with E on the alleyway around Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, by attaching a fire, which was made at the end of the Guro, along with E.

On June 1, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant, along with S, smoked 0.5g of marijuana, from the alleyway near the RR of subway No. 5 in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at the beginning of the early 19:00. The Defendant, along with S, she created 0.5g of marijuana as the beginning of the beginning of the year by attaching a fire.

The Defendant is the Defendant, on June 2016, at 23:00, on the first day of Mapo-gu Seoul.
