Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the victim, i.e., the victim C (42 years of age) during telephone calls, on the ground that the Victim C (42 years of age) said the Defendant stated that the Defendant “a brupted the victim’s breath with her hand at 2 times,” which is a dangerous object (1m in length, 3mm in diameter) that was used by the victim, and that “a brupted with the victim’s brut,” which is a dangerous object that was used by the Defendant around 19:35, 2017.
