1. The Defendant’s KRW 65,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from January 31, 2013 to August 25, 2016.
Reasons

2. Indication of claim; and
A. The Plaintiff made a flat monetary transaction with the Defendant.
B. On January 26, 2012, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 65 million to the Plaintiff by January 30, 2013.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 65 million and damages for delay at each rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act from January 31, 2013 to August 25, 2016, on which a copy of the complaint of this case was served, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of full payment.
3. Judgment by public notice (Articles 208 (3) 3, and 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act).
