1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 65,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 21, 2016 to the date of full payment.

A. On December 17, 2008, the Plaintiff lent KRW 65 million to C on December 17, 2009, setting the due date for repayment as December 17, 2009, and the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the said obligation to C.

B. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from December 21, 2016 to the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, which is the day of the delivery date of the copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.
