1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from December 27, 2016 to July 12, 2017.

A. On September 20, 2014, the Plaintiff leased, from the Defendant, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the KRW 3502 (hereinafter “instant apartment”) of the deposit amounting to KRW 60 million, and the period from October 2, 2014 to October 1, 2016.

B. The lease of the Plaintiff and the Defendant terminated on October 1, 2016, and the Plaintiff delivered the instant apartment to the Defendant on December 26, 2016.

C. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the deposit amounting to KRW 60 million and the damages for delay at each rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from December 27, 2016 to July 12, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, which is the day following the delivery date, and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of full payment.
