A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business: (a) around 16:21, 2015, the Defendant requested that E prepare a sales slip of KRW 450,000, and (b) signed the sales slip and deliver it to the saidF upon the Defendant’s request. Upon receiving the above request, E appears to have taken the attitude of purchasing the said precious metal amounting to KRW 450,000, the Defendant entered the said precious metal business; (b) the business owner, a Chinese Agricultural Bank Credit Card (the card number stated in the front page: the card number stated in G and the back page: H) of the Chinese Agricultural Bank (the card number stored in the front page): (c) presented a sales slip of KRW 450,00, and signed the sales slip.

Accordingly, the defendant used forged credit cards in collusion with E.

2. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at the time, at the place, as described in the above Paragraph 1 above, stated that “E purchased precious metals and attempted to make payments by using the above credit card” with the Chinese Agricultural Bank’s credit card forged to E, and then reported to the police without delivering the credit card to E, while E doing so as to be one’s own credit card. The Defendant presented the above Credit Card issued by the Defendant to the victim F, who is the business owner of the above “D,” and the victim attempted to deliver to the victim a gold Ban amounting to 450,000 won at the market price. However, the Defendant attempted to make a false credit card presented by E on the face of the credit card presented by E on the ground that the card number stated on the front page and the credit card number stated on the sales slip was different, and attempted to report to the police without delivering to E.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with E to have attempted to acquire the victim's property by deceiving the victim.
