Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Public invitation relation] On March 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from two persons (one name, "C", one name, and one name, and "D") of the non-indicted in the name of the Defendant (one name, one name, and one name, and two (one name) of the non-indicted in the name of the Defendant who used another's credit card to make a forged credit card in the name of the Republic of Korea; (b) consented to the proposal, and (c) issued 21 credit cards, such as the non-indicted in the name of the Defendant’s English name (E) and card number "F," which were marked in the name of the non-indicted in the name of the Defendant who forged using another's credit card information.

1. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in credit;
A. On March 19, 2016, the Defendant of a forged credit card: (a) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 2,199,80 in the sum of 2,199,800 from 51 White-ro White-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, White-ro 51 (Round-dong) store; (b) paid the amount of the total of KRW 41 times from 6S Handphones; (c) among the forged credit cards acquired and possessed by employees in the name of the Defendant, he/she presented one card number “G’s card number “G In Amerle scick flus” to sign and deliver it on the sales slip; and (d) paid the amount of KRW 7,07,194 by using a forged credit card on a total of 41 occasions from 18th to 21th day of the same month, such as the 2nd day of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant used forged credit cards in collusion with the above-mentioned in order to use them.
B. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant attempted to use a forged credit card. In light of the fact that around 12:26 March 18, 2016, the Defendant purchased goods worth KRW 2,230,000, totaling of precious metal, etc. from the new world department store store located in Busan High-dong, Busan High-dong, 1495 (State), and then purchased and possessed to employees in the name of the address, one of the forged credit cards acquired and possessed as above, and one of the card numbers “H” card numbers.
