Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

D and E (F) intended to forge a credit card and purchase precious metals, cosmetics, Nowon-North Korea, tobacco, etc. in Korea, and to enter information on issuance acquired through an influenite method into a credit card with no storage of any information, such as crym, crym, credit card reading machine, and Nowon-North Korea, in which a credit card forgery program is installed. The Defendants offered a proposal to purchase goods from D and E, and offered to purchase forged credit cards by taking the role of purchasing forged credit cards in purchasing goods from Korea.

1. A person in violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business is prohibited from using forged credit cards. On April 23, 2017, the Defendants purchased Nowon-gu located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, with a total amount of KRW 7,040,000, the Defendants used forged credit cards (credit card No. 1) from an official Chinese bank (credit card No. 1) of a forged Chinese bank (credit card No. 1) purchased from the above E and provided the payment to an employee in distress in his name. From that time until May 7, 2017, the Defendants used the forged credit card by settling the total amount of KRW 33,469,60 on seven occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form No. 1.

The Defendants conspired with the above E, etc. to use the forged credit card.

2. On April 23, 2017, around 20:37, the Defendants purchased Nowon-gu located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, with a view to purchasing Nowon-gu, etc., equivalent to KRW 7,040,000. The facts are as follows: (a) Although there was no intent or ability to pay the purchase price even if the purchase of Nowon-gu, etc., the Defendants deceiving an employee by suggesting one copy of the credit card bank at the time of forgery of the forged Chinese trade (credit card number :I) to an employee as if he/she was a genuine credit card; and (b) thereby deceiving the employee by receiving the above Nowon-gu, etc. from the said employee; and (c) from that time the said employee
