Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant was faced with the situation where a fine for negligence is imposed due to a failure to undergo an exhaust gas inspection on a two-wheeled automobile (CWH2 MGGMT) purchased in his wife B, the Defendant: (a) visited the Public Service Center in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 10, 2015 to the Seocho-gu Office's Seocho-gu Office's transportation administration and vehicle registration officer D on April 10, 2015; (b) reported the loss of the license plate of the two-wheeled automobile (CWH2 MGMT) and submitted a certificate of receipt of the report on the loss of the two-wheeled automobile (E) and the above B's power of attorney, vehicle registration certificate, and identification card; and (c) concealed the operation of the two-wheeled automobile, and applied for the abolition of the registration by abolition of the registration number plate of the said two-wheeled automobile on April 15, 205.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate duties of the traffic administration of the Seocho-gu Office and the public official in charge of the vehicle registration through a deceptive scheme.
