Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall unlawfully use a license plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle, in violation of the provisions of the air defense and the Automobile Management Act;

Nevertheless, at around 10:00 on August 13, 2016, the Defendant was attached to a two-wheeled automobile owned by the Defendant in order to sell a two-wheeled automobile Z100, which is a unregistered vehicle owned by the Defendant, in the residence of the Defendant located in Dongbcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.

C The number plate was attached to the two-wheeled automobile Z100.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile, air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. On August 13, 2016, around 11:00 on the same day from the place specified in paragraph (1) at around 15:00 on the same day to the road in front of the Geum River in 5143 East-do, Gangwon-do, the Defendant used a two-wheeled vehicle with the number plate of air, as described in paragraph (1), within approximately 250km from the section of approximately 250km to the front of the Geum River in the Dong-gu, Gangwon-do.

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile as stated in Paragraph 2, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2.

4. No driver of any two-wheeled motor vehicle violating the Road Traffic Act shall drive on or cross any expressway, etc. except emergency motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, on August 13, 2016, the Defendant passed a two-wheeled automobile, not an emergency motor vehicle, on August 13, 2016, from the Yangyang-gun located in the Yangyang-gun of Gangwon-do to the East Sea from the 87 km section in the East Sea, the Defendant passed a two-wheeled automobile, not an emergency motor vehicle.
