A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall unlawfully use a license plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle under the Motor Vehicle Management Act and public marks and illegal use thereof;

Nevertheless, around August 2017, the Defendant was in custody of the Defendant in the BMW F80 GS Two-wheeled Motor Vehicle not registered as the Defendant at the front parking lot of the Defendant’s house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

S125IE A Two-wheeled Motor Vehicle number plate was attached.

Accordingly, the defendant used the number plate of two-wheeled automobile unlawfully and used it unlawfully to exercise it at the same time.

2. On October 2017, the Defendant held the registration number plate of the BM 125IE two vehicles under paragraph (1) of the CM 125IE, which was in possession, as if it were the genuine number plate of BM 800 GSS two vehicles, on the front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the “original house” parking lot located in 18-6 Doo-ro 18-6, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
