A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 7, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on January 9, 2012.
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. From 14:00 on June 27, 2012 to 16:10 on June 27, 2012, the Defendant brought 62,00 won in cash from the bus stops in the Busan Northern-gu Seoul metropolitan market; 50,000 won in cash from the victim D’s bank; 1,5,00 won in cash from the Plaintiff’s bank; 2,5,000 won in new global gift certificates; 3, such as national bank credit cards, etc.; and 1,08,00 won in the market price in the name of the husband of the female; and 1,000 won in the credit card of the bank in the name of the husband of the Plaintiff.
B. On June 28, 2012, around 17:00 on June 28, 2012, the Defendant brought two physical cards owned by the victim F, one credit card, one resident registration certificate, one driver's license, and 30,000 won in cash at the bus stops of the Busan Northern-gu C market.
C. On July 13, 2012, around 15:30 on July 13, 2012, at the bus stops in the Busan Northern-gu C market, the Defendant brought one copy of the Agricultural Cooperative Card owned by the Victim, 10,000 won, and one wall containing KRW 1,30,000 in cash.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On June 28, 2012, around 17:38, 2012, the Defendant purchased a new 2,000 won, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 96,00,00, from the Jindong store operated by the victim I, the Defendant, as described in subparagraph 1(b), and paid the price by presenting the stolen national body card to the victim as if he were his card, and signing it on the sales slip, and used the stolen credit card.
B. The Defendant, around 15:40 on July 13, 2012, is operated by the victim L in Busan Northern-gu.
