Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months with prison labor at the Busan District Court on the grounds of fraud, etc., and on May 11, 2012, the Defendant became final and conclusive.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On December 17, 2011, the Defendant purchased at “F” located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, one half of the 270,000 won of the market price from “F” and paid the price by presenting the Da bank Non-Cock Card, as described in paragraph (1), to the same business owner, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card.

B. On December 17, 2011, the Defendant purchased one half of the amount equivalent to KRW 275,000 of the market price from “H” located in Jung-gu Busan, Jung-gu, Busan, and paid the price by presenting it to that business owner as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card.

C. On December 17, 201, the Defendant purchased 142,000 won of the current market price from “J” located in Jung-gu Busan, Jung-gu, Busan, and paid the price by presenting the Da bank Non-Cock Card which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1), to the same business owner, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card.
