A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 6, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document forgery and a private document forgery (1) collateral security contract, within the E judicial scrivener office located on the 6th floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government DD Building, and had E judicial scrivener, without authority, prepare a written collateral security contract with the creditor F, debtor’s “G,” and the maximum amount of claims KRW 500 million without authority, and then had G seal impression affixed a copy of G. The Defendant forged a document under the name of G, which is a private document on the rights and obligations. (2) The Defendant forged a document under the name of E judicial scrivener on November 16, 2012, within the same office as the former part of the foregoing, and made E judicial scrivener, who is unaware of such fact, prepare and affix his seal to G, “G,” “F,” “F,” the maximum amount of claims,” the indication of real estate, and “H apartment apartment No. 2141, 1411, and E.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of G, a private document on rights and obligations.
(2) On November 16, 2012, the Defendant, within the registry office of the Seoul Central District Court located in 14, the Seoul Central District Court, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seoul, for the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage on H apartment 2 Dong 1411m2, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H apartment 2 and 104.01m2 in the name of G, submitted a forged mortgage contract and a power of attorney to a public official who is aware of such fact as the above had been duly formed.
2. The Defendant did not have any obligation owed by G with respect to the date, time, place, and fact in the event of the public electromagnetic records, etc., and the non-public electromagnetic records, etc., and the Defendant did not have any delegation from G to make a registration of the establishment of a mortgage on the 2nd, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H apartment 2nd, 1411m2, and 104.01m2.
