1. The Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A, KRW 28,986,692, Plaintiff B, and CD, respectively; and (b) against each of the said KRW 18,91,128 and each of the said money on March 6, 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On November 6, 2013, the parties’ relevant network E (hereinafter “the deceased”) were at the Defendant Hospital’s hospital and carried out crypology surgery at the Defendant Hospital on the following day and died on March 6, 2014; and the Plaintiff’s spouse, Plaintiff B, and CD are the deceased’s children.
B. Around 22:09 on November 6, 2013, the Deceased was transferred to the Defendant Hospital to the address from around 9:00 a.m. on the day of the diagnosis and treatment at the Defendant Hospital. At the time, the blood pressure of the Deceased was 190/90mhg, the food level was weak, and there was no neological abnormal symptoms in the dead, and the remainder of the active symptoms was normal. (2) On November 22:4, 2013, the medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital confirmed the occurrence of cerebrovassis through the Non-U. CT examination on the Deceased, and around the same day, around 23:07, the Defendant Hospital confirmed the connection with the malute CT of the deceased and confirmed the connection with the malute of the malobane.
3) On November 6, 2013: (a) around 23:25, 2013, the deceased’s consciousness fell in the semi-congested water; (b) blood pressure was measured at 200/100mhg; and (c) the Defendant hospital administered the Deceased with Pudidine, the blood pressure of the Deceased, the blood pressure of which was measured at around 23:35 on November 23, 2013; (d) the blood pressure of the Deceased was measured at 70/40mh at around 00:07, and then entered the patient room at around 00:52 on the following day; and (c) the Deceased’s active strength in the record of an emergency call for the Deceased at the time of entering the room, as follows:
